Broker

A Broker is refered to a person one who bargains for another and receives commission for doing that bargaining. It is called as ‘brokerage’. His usual business is to negotiate and arrange for finalising contracts between two parties for the purchase or sale of goods. He brings buyer and the seller together. He does not take possession of the goods nor does he become its owner. He is not personally liable for the contracts concluded.
